Dr. Saad M. Al-Muhanna, MA, DBA, CA, Chairman
In his current position as Chairman, he provides overall guidance and direction to the firm. After establishing the firm in 1978, he actively developed and managed it over the years to bring it to its current position as one of the largest accounting firms in Kuwait, known for its high professional standards and quality services. Prior to his entry into public accounting, he has had a distinguished career in Banking. He is a Certified Accountant, an Authorized Expert- Ministry of Justice, and a Registered Arbitrator - GCC. Positions held by him include Chairman, Kuwait Association of Accountants and Auditors, Member Technical Committee for standard audit of accounts, Managing Director – First Gulf Bank.

Rabea Saad Al Muhanna, CA, CIDA, Executive Partner
She is a Certified Accountant from Kuwait, and the Executive Partner of the firm. Since she joined the firm in 2005, she has greatly contributed to its growth and success since then. Currently she heads the firm and manages most of the key engagements. In addition to her knowledge and experience in the areas of accounting and audit, she is also well experienced in the area of Kuwait taxation of foreign companies and has successfully handled the tax matters in Kuwait of several multinational companies. She holds a degree in Commerce from the Kuwait University and is also a Certified Investments & Derivates Auditor from Investment Training and Consulting Institute Inc. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Senior Expert for more than five years with the Expert Departments, Ministry of Justice, Kuwait, and has handled various commercial, tax and labour cases. She has worked with Burgan Bank, Kuwait as Officer in Private banking for three years.

Mohamed Raoof, CPA, CIA, CFF, Partner
He is a CPA licensed to practice public accounting in the United States of America, a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and holds the Certified in Financial Forensics specialty credential issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of CPA Australia. He has served the firm for more than fifteen years in various capacities in the fields of auditing, consulting and taxation. His experience outside the firm include several years of senior level experience in private industry and public accounting in India as well as in Asia Pacific in a senior regional position for a Europe based multinational. He is involved in providing technical support for all key engagements of the firm and is presently focusing on the development of the firm’s practice in Dubai. His expertise lies in the areas of financial and internal audits, business valuations and consulting for projects start up and funding.
