A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary from India, he plays a key role in many of the firm’s audit engagements. As a well experienced audit professional and very well versed in International Financial Reporting Standards, he ensures that the firm’s audits are carried out in accordance with high professional standards. He handles several audit teams and provides training and support to the audit team members. He has also undertaken special projects on credit controls, accounting systems reviews and investigative audits. He has been with the firm for 5 years.
Mahmoud Saleh, CA: Audit Manager
A Certified Accountant from Egypt, he has been with the firm for 9 years and leads several key audit engagements. In addition to his in depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards, he has gained considerable knowledge of business and accounting practices in a range of industries that enable him to add considerable value to the engagements. In addition to financial audits, he has also undertaken special assignments including systems improvements engagements and special audits. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the Faculty of Commerce , Helwan University, Egypt and also holds a Higher Diploma of Accounting and Auditing from the Faculty of Commerce -Cairo University.

Abdulmoumen Saleh Salama, CA: Legal Advisor
A very senior Certified Accountant from Egypt, he has been with the firm for more than 15 years. While he started with the firm on the audit side, due to his special interest in legal areas and investigative audit, he moved to the Litigation Support Group of the firm, which he now heads. He has extensive experience representing various clients before the Ministry of Justice, Experts Department, and in liquidation and custodianship services. He holds a Bachelor of Accounting Degree and a Higher Diploma of Accounting and Auditing from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University. Prior to joining the firm he had worked in Egypt as well as in Saudi Arabia.
TAX SERVICES
Maged Abd El Hady Geprell – Tax Consultant
As Tax Consultant for the firm, he handles preparation of tax declarations, appeals, tax correspondence, tax representation and tax planning for various tax clients of the firm from several industries that include the oil sector, power distribution and transmission, construction, consultancy and legal services. He holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Minufia University in Egypt and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Egypt. He is an Associate in the Egyptian Association Finance and Taxation. Prior to joining the firm he had worked with the Ministry of Finance Department for Income Tax – Egypt as Tax Inspector for 7 years and during his tenure there has handled various taxation assignments.
